• Zahm-Nagel Handshake Tester-standard size ( 2-3L)
• Calibrated 0 - 60 psi pressure gauge (mechanical or digital)
• Calibrated thermometer (mechanical or digital) with at least 0°C - +50°C (32°F - 125°F) range
• Carbonation volumes charts or Pepsi carbonation volumes slide rule
• For glass bottles, use a plastic mesh or leather safety shield
• Water bath at 20°C ± 2°C (68 ± 3°F)
• Cold water bath at 4°C ± 2°C (40 ± 3°F)
